astrogirl2, as usual). It's a bit focused on 'shipping', but kind of fun.
1. Fandoms you have written/are writing/plan to write and favorite ships.
Including half-assed drabbles, I have written: Marvel comics (mostly X-Men), Star Trek (mostly Deep Space Nine), Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Farscape, Abarat, The Matrix, Metal Gear Solid 3...um...I think that's it? I'm currently writing Transformers (movie-canon) and Doctor Who (3rd Doctor). I don't plan to write in a fandom as get mugged by it.
I do like romance in fanfic, but I'm not a 'shipper' per se. I don't write any Doctor Who pairings except Doctor/Master, though, or any MGS3 pairings except Boss/Sorrow. I tend to prefer slash to het, but that's only because I find it sexier, and good character dynamics trump Teh H0t anyday. I tend to like Foe Yay a whole damn lot.
2. Fandoms/Pairings you are ADDICTED to at the moment...
Right now I'm reading shedloads of Transformers fic. Mostly, er, Sam/Bumblebee, because a boy and his giant robot are apparently epic love? I'm on a fanfic low ebb for everything else, though I look at a lot of fan discussion/speculation for Doctor Who. I also look at a lot of Hellsing fanart and silly comics, but have read maybe two fanfics of it, ever. It is such a visual fandom for me that without the art, it seems...kind of pointless.
3. Fandoms/Pairings you like, but aren't necessarily obsessed with...
Ashes to Ashes, Marvel, and Star Trek. At the moment.
4. Fandoms/Pairings you're new to, but enjoying...
I don't think I can count Transformers or Hellsing as 'new', because they're both old (in the case of the giant robots, very old) fandoms that got a new surge of interest, but yeah.
5. You can choose one non-canon pairing you love to become canon. Who do you pick?
Nah. Most of the time, a pairing becoming canon means it becomes boring. I prefer a ratcheting up of UST, thanks.
6. You're only allowed to read fic from one fandom (any pairing) for the next three weeks. What fandom do you choose?
...Sam/Bumblebee. DON'T JUDGE ME OKAY.
11. It's 2 in the morning and you should be doing math homework. What kind of fic do you read instead?
LOL math homework. Er. Let's make that 'essay' or 'freelance writing assingment' and I will say 'hilarious badfic'.
12. The ship that makes you go "Awww" is...
Odo/Kira (DS9). Also, if I'm a rabid shipper for anyone, it's them.
13. The ship that makes you want to yell, "Just have sex already, you morons!" is...
Warlock/Thanos (Marvel 'cosmic' guys), though it really wouldn't solve anything.

Oh wow, which one wouldn't I want to beat some sense into? My fandoms are short on sane, well-adjusted people. Even the giant robots tend to martyr complexes and holding the Idiot Ball.
16. The character you're almost embarrassed to admit you like is...
Sometimes I tend to like characters that are huge, huge dicks. Not just villains, but assholes. Like...Gul Dukat. Just people you want to slap, but I can't help liking them.
17. Your very first fandom/ship was...
Oh man! Just saying "80s cartoons" doesn't count, right? The first one I really got obsessed with is probably Masters of the Universe, which I acted out and got all the toys of and mooned over Skeletor and yeah. I don't remember what my first ship was, though.
18. The fandom you could read any kind of fic in is...
By 'any kind of fic', I assume this means 'gen, het, or slash, any pairing, any time'? Hmmm. I don't think there's a fandom I could do that with, actually.
19. The fandom you would totally write an anonymous Mary Sue fic in is...
I don't actually like self-inserts, because writing about me isn't fun.

I don't know. It would feel weird bringing back any cancelled show I'm a fan of, actually.
